I just drove by the field yesterday. There is a big concrete pad poured. I didn't take any photos...sorry. The pad gives a good idea about the footprint of the seating. It comes within about 10 feet from the entrance gate I'd estimate (not sure if the seating will take up the WHOLE area of concrete). It's gonna feel a lot different in a good way. I cant wait!
Does anyone have any more detailed info? I'm GUESSING this MAY be too small for a locker room area? Will there be any concession space in this seating area (below and behind)?

For now the clubhouse situation will remain the same, this structure doesn't have room underneath for anything per se.
Concessions will be portable again but from what I hear the selections will be excellent. Most college facilities I have visited that aren't "stadiums" have concessions in portable buildings or trailers.
This project is moving along nicely. Some great weather in the forecast will allow crews to continue work. Seats will be in near the end of the month/early February. We're on track.

From what I can gather here and there (nothing officially) it sounds like the school is doing pretty well selling baseball seats this year. As a fundraiser they are selling the seats with nameplates. A BUNCH were already blacked-out in the section I wanted my season tickets in. The map I saw looked like they were doing well.

Drove by the field today. It appears all the seats are in. The press box is not on yet though. Seats are all yellow. If the crowd dresses in predominantly blue it will look really cool from the field.
Opening day < 1 week!
